A 2021 renovation opened the upper floor into one living, dining and kitchen space and replaced the west wall with glazing that takes in the Sound and the Olympics beyond. The lower level was reconfigured as a two-room suite with its own entry, which works equally as a rental or a family wing. The rear garden is genuinely level, an unusual thing on this side of the hill, with a cedar terrace off the kitchen.
