Four floors of original detail — the columned porch, the plaster cornices, the mahogany stair — survive intact, while heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing were replaced during a 2019 restoration. The garden level holds a family room and mud entrance off the rear terrace, and the top floor was opened up to make a light-filled study under the eaves. A deeded parking space, rare on the hill, conveys with the house.
