The house is planned as two bars connected by a glazed link, with the heated pool courtyard held between them and sheltered from the wind on three sides. The living bar is a single room with a fireplace at one end and a cooking wall at the other; the sleeping bar holds four bedrooms, each with garden access. A pool house at the rear of the lot serves as an office and gym with a full bath.
