The house is organised as three volumes that step with the canyon grade, which keeps every principal room on an outside wall. The middle level holds the public rooms and a cantilevered deck that reaches out over the pool; the lower level is given to a screening room, gym and guest apartment with its own entrance. Mature olive and sycamore planting screens the property from the road without closing off the southern view corridor.
