Built in 2022 on a mature Travis Heights lot, the house turns inward to a planted courtyard that every room borrows light from. The plan is deliberately flat and open: a central living and cooking volume with a bedroom wing to the east and a study and guest suite to the west. Deep roof overhangs and a high-performance envelope keep summer cooling loads low, and the carport doubles as a shaded outdoor room.
